Report for 9-ping Email Distribution Initiatives

Introduction
The report is to fulfill the requirements related to Epochtimes Inc.'s agreement with Dynamic Internet Technology Inc. to distribute 9-ping (nine commentaries) through email to China during the period of December 15, 2004 to February 15, 2005.

Works performed
Around 2,358,000 valid PRC emails are found from the email list Epochtimes provided.

3 emails were send to each of the valid PRC emails. Each of these 3 emails contains 3 of the 9-ping. Therefore, each email account should receive all the 9-ping. Various email blocking mechanisms were identified and circumvented.

DynaWeb URLs were included in the emails to provide recipients access to further information.

Email addresses were included so that recipients can send email to one of those addresses to subscribe Epochtimes' daily newsletter.

Subscription email accounts were processed. Around 2000 new subscribers were found.

Feedback email addresses were included in emails send out. Feedback send to those accounts were collected and send to Epochtimes editor.
